Payment is taken via secure Stripe checkout. Payment is due before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith. Delays caused by parts availability or unforeseen faults will be communicated promptly.
All repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty covering the specific work performed. Parts supplied are covered by their own manufacturer warranty.
I am not liable for pre-existing data loss, latent hardware faults unrelated to the repair performed, or issues arising from user actions after collection.
