This agreement is between the customer and Ritesha Banjade, trading as Precision PC Repair, an Independent Sole Trader in the United Kingdom.
The scope of any engagement is defined in the approved quote for the service.
Fees are as displayed on the pricing page or as quoted in writing.
Estimated timelines are provided in the quote and updated if delays occur.
Either party may terminate the engagement before work begins. Once work has commenced, completed work is chargeable.
A 30-day workmanship warranty applies to all completed repairs, subject to fair use.
